Internationally acclaimed ‘V for Vendetta’ director James McTeigue joins Window

window.jpgV for Vendetta director, James McTeigue, has joined Window for the Australasian and Asian TVC markets, continuing his long working relationship with Window both here and the US.

Recognised by the Wachowski Brothers for his contribution to their Matrix trilogy, McTeigue then famously took the reigns to direct the critically and commercially successful VFV (currently ranked in IMDb’s top 250 Films of All Time), then Ninja Assassin which has garnered its own cult status.

His latest film, The Raven, starring John Cusack (and DP’d by Danny Ruhlmann), is a fictionalised account of the mysterious final days of Edgar Allan Poe’s life where the famous writer joins the hunt for a Baltimore serial killer whose murders are inspired by his stories.

Equally adept at commercials, McTeigue has directed action packed spots for such clients as Samsung, Heineken, Rexona and Powerade.
