Starting immediately, Cyron joins Ogilvy from BMF where he was most recently the lead planner for the Melbourne operation working across a range of leading brands such as Lion Nathan, Goodman Fielder, Commonwealth Bank, Foxtel and Meat & Livestock Association.

Ogilvy Australia’s executive chairman, Tom Moult said of his appointment: “In my experience, planners often get a great rap from either creative people or from clients. Gerry gets rave reviews from both. I’m really chuffed that we’ve lured him onto the Ogilvy team.”

Prior to his four years at BMF, Cyron was a senior strategic planner at JWT Sydney, Bates Singapore and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne with clients including Nokia, Pfizer, Kellogg’s, Heineken and Masterfoods.
