BMF promotes from within, makes new hires
BMF has signaled its intention for further growth with a number of promotions and over 20 new hires: BMF creative, Jun Harada, has been promoted to the role of Brand Activation Creative Director. A highly awarded creative with 15 years experience, Jun has worked on promotional, direct and brand advertising for clients such as Lion Nathan, Southcorp Wines, Smiths, and Goodman Fielder. The appointment signifies BMF’s continuing commitment to producing world-class Brand Activation work.
Tim Wood has been promoted to Associate Creative Director tomanage the increasing workload at BMF. Having been at BMF for fiveyears, Tim has won numerous domestic and international awards. Judgingappointments include the AMDA Awards, and the Creative Circle Awards inSingapore. He is also a tutor at AWARD School and Direct MarketingCreative School.
Alita McMenamin has re-joined BMF as Group Account Director,relocating to Melbourne to head up the National Foods business. Alitahad been with BMF for six years before spending the last twelve monthsrunning the Bonds, Berlei and Sheridan at Campaign Palace, Sydney.
Will Nichols has joined the in-house Data Planning team. Willhas 15 years experience from both the UK and Australia spanningmultiple sectors and clients including Nestle, Vodafone, Lexus, AMP,Lloyds TSB, Sony and Telstra.

OPSM accounts and will be responsible for enhancing the effectivenessof communications through the smart use of data and insights”, commentsBMF’s Executive Planning Director, Jeremy Nicholas.
In the digital space, BMF has hired two Interactive Producers, plus a Social Media Manager, and a Technical Director.
Additional hires across the agency include – Television Producer,Account Director, three Account Managers, a Studio Junior, a Head ofRetail Production, and a Print Production Manager.
BMF has also taken on six new graduates that will spend two weeks indifferent departments at BMF, before moving into Account Management andDigital teams.
