PROJECT ROCKIT launches new website via Spicy Web
Youth-led anti-bullying organisation PROJECT ROCKIT has launched a new website, built by Melbourne digital performance agency Spicy Web, as it runs its first national fundraising campaign, ‘Give a Buck About Bullying’.
The site, live since 30 September 2026 and built on Craft CMS, brings PROJECT ROCKIT’s programs, resources for schools and ways to support the organisation together in one place.
Behind the homepage sits PR Plus, PROJECT ROCKIT’s online platform where teachers and students find youth-voiced videos, lesson plans and webinars. Spicy Web gave PR Plus a full reskin to match the new site and changed how people sign in, carrying existing users across to a simple quick login.
For 20 years, PROJECT ROCKIT has been standing up to bullying and empowering young people to create change. ‘Give a Buck About Bullying’ is its biggest national fundraising campaign yet, aiming to reach more young people and schools across Australia. The campaign has been brought to life with the support of The Royals, OMD and UnLtd, uniting creative, media and industry partners behind the cause.
The campaign invites Australians to give a buck so more young people can access the programs PROJECT ROCKIT delivers in schools.
According to PROJECT ROCKIT:
• 1 in 4 young Australians experience bullying regularly
• 53 per cent of young people have experienced cyberbullying
• More than 150 schools are currently waiting to access PROJECT ROCKIT programs
Says Daniel Donahoo, Head of Projects, PROJECT ROCKIT: “We wanted a website that demonstrates the breadth of our reach and our depth of impact working with hundreds of thousands of young Australians. Where parents, teachers and young people could all find their place and role in standing up to bullying, hate and prejudice.”
Says Danielle Procter, Head of Design & Development, Spicy Web: “Good work for good people is how we like to work, and PROJECT ROCKIT is exactly that. We wanted the site to make their programs easy to find and the work easy to back. PR Plus is where schools actually use PROJECT ROCKIT day to day, so it needed to feel as good as the front door. Teachers can find what they need quickly, and the PROJECT ROCKIT team has already given us great feedback on how easy Craft CMS is to use. That means less reliance on us and more freedom to make the changes they want.”
