Noisy Beast wins eeger account and launches first campaign ‘An Un-Automated Career’
Independent creative agency Noisy Beast has been appointed by eeger, the specialist tourism, hospitality and travel jobs platform, to lead its marketing activity following a competitive pitch. Managed by Accommodation Australia and funded by the Australian Government, eeger is a national, industry-led platform that goes beyond a traditional job board, bringing jobs, training and career pathways together in one place.
Built around its unique agency model, the partnership will see Noisy Beast draw upon specialist expertise across strategy, creative, digital and media to deliver a consistent approach to eeger’s evolving marketing needs. The partnership launches with the major campaign, ‘An Un-Automated Career’, which aims to challenge perceptions of careers across tourism, hospitality and travel.
The campaign celebrates the human skills that cannot be replicated by technology, from creativity and empathy to connection and real-world judgement. Alongside the campaign, the agency developed eeger’s new brand tagline, ‘People-Powered Careers’ to capture the skills, connections and experiences that make these roles unique.
The campaign goes live in Out of Home digital display boards, posters and signage across Australia, as well as eeger’s paid and organic social channels. Out of Home activity launched in September across key Australian markets, including placements around Sydney’s International Convention Centre during NoVacancy, reaching industry leaders and decision makers.
‘An Un-Automated Career’ marks the first campaign delivered by Noisy Beast for eeger, and kicks off wider, ongoing activity that will utilise the full skills of the broader Noisy Beast’s integrated offering which now also seamlessly includes the expertise of iD Collective across creative, media, digital, PR, influencer and social services.
Says Emilie How, General Manager, eeger: “Noisy Beast has demonstrated a genuine understanding of what eeger is working to achieve in Tourism, Hospitality, and Travel and the opportunity we have to change perceptions of careers across our industry. The quality of their creative work has been exceptional, bringing fresh thinking and a compelling approach to how we showcase the opportunities available. We’re excited to see this work come to life nationally and build on what has already been a fantastic partnership.”
Says David Brown, Managing Director of Noisy Beast / iD Collective: “Clients increasingly need an agency partner that can bring the right specialists together at the right time to solve ever evolving business challenges, rather than having to manage multiple agencies independently. That was a key part of our approach with eeger, combining a skill set that’s needed for launch and skill set needed for the always-on. We’re really proud of the work the team and our model has delivered so far and excited to be building on this with eeger.”
