The film was selected by this week’s guest judge Claudi Potter, Executive Creative Director, Joe Public, London.

After the call-center scam epidemic, Thais started rejecting calls from unknown numbers to protect themselves from being scammed. But when we stop answering simply because we don’t trust an unknown number, innocent people with legitimate calls get affected too. So, Whoscall brings these unexpected victims into the spotlight – not to ask for sympathy, but to plead with Thai people to download the app that identifies every number, whether it’s a legitimate caller or a scammer.
