Admosis Media Group appoints Pedro Faria to newly created role of Head of Design
Full-service media and advertising agency, Admosis Media Group, has appointed Pedro Faria to the newly created role of Head of Design, further strengthening the agency’s senior leadership team as the agency continues on its upward growth trajectory.
Faria brings over two decades of experience spanning branding, website design, digital experiences, event management and creative strategy. Throughout his career, he has partnered with Australian businesses and contributed to internationally recognised events, including Crown’s The Mamba Mentality Tour in 2019, the Jayson Tatum event with C1 Sports Group in 2020 and the Tom Brady Australia Tour in 2024.
As the agency’s first Head of Design, Faria will be responsible for leading and growing the creative team, establishing new design systems and processes, and expanding Admosis’ creative capability as the agency continues to scale.
Prior to joining Admosis, Faria founded and led several creative ventures, including Australia’s premier 1v1 basketball event, ISO 1v1, while helping businesses across hospitality, retail, sport and professional services build stronger brands through strategic design, digital marketing and creative leadership.
Admosis Co-founder and Director, Dan Copsey comments on how Faria’s appointment marks yet another significant milestone for the agency: “In an increasingly AI-driven world, the need for human-led design is more important than ever before. Today’s businesses need creative that is impactful, original and true to their brand. Pedro has built a reputation for delivering exactly that, with a proven ability to turn strategic thinking into outstanding creative concepts.
“His unique blend of commercial acumen, creative excellence, and entrepreneurial drive enhances our leadership capability and will support the agency as we continue to expand and grow.”
Says Faria: “Dan and the Admosis team have built an outstanding reputation for helping businesses grow through smart strategy and exceptional execution. What excited me most about joining was the opportunity to build a creative department that combines great design with measurable business outcomes. I’m looking forward to working alongside an incredibly talented team to create work that makes a genuine impact for our clients.”
Last month, Admosis announced a new partnership with Creative Converters, following TMSPC Group, home to a portfolio of leading marketing and advertising agencies, including Admosis Media Group, taking an 85% majority stake in the Melbourne-founded creative ad agency.
