iD Collective Expands Partnership with Global Retail Brands Australia

Full-service communications agency iD Collective has been appointed by Australia’s number one kitchenware retailer, Global Retail Brands Australia (GRBA), to deliver strategic PR, media relations, digital and influencer communications support across its portfolio.

Shaping Australian homes for more than three decades, GRBA now operates more than 300 homewares and kitchenware stores and concessions nationwide, earning a reputation for exceptional service and premium products.

One of iD Collective’s first major campaigns under the partnership was delivering PR support for the Baccarat Five Star Factory Direct Warehouse Sale. The campaign delivered outstanding earned media results across major top-tier outlets, driving a mass uplift in brand awareness.

Building on this momentum, iD Collective is continuing to support GRBA across a range of integrated communications initiatives, including a seeding influencer program for luxury home fragrance brand, Wanderlust. The campaign is designed to build awareness and credibility for the growing brand, which is stocked in leading retailers Myer and Salt & Pepper. The agency will also support the brand through paid social media activity as it continues to expand its presence in the Australian market.

Says Amanda Booth, Executive Director of iD Collective: “It’s so exciting to be working with Global Retail Brands Australia across its impressive portfolio of brands. The success of the Baccarat Warehouse Sale campaign set a strong benchmark and showed what’s possible through an integrated communications approach. We’re excited to keep building on this by bringing together our PR, influencer and digital expertise to deliver strategic campaigns that support both immediate objectives and long-term brand growth.”
