Puretec appoints KWP+Partners
Puretec has been filtering Australia’s water since 1989, and today is the leading filtration brand across Australia and New Zealand, with a national trade network that keeps growing. KWP+Partners has been appointed to help Puretec sharpen its brand strategy across the entire customer experience, and to reimagine the Puretec website experience.
The ambition is twofold. Keep driving demand through the trade business that has built the company, and build genuine consumer demand alongside it. Most Australians have never had to think much about the water coming out of their tap. Puretec has spent nearly forty years thinking about little else.
The work covers brand strategy, positioning and the digital experience, with a clear goal of staking Puretec’s claim as the category leader.
Scott Marshall, Senior Marketing & Brand Manager at Puretec, and Russell Hornsey, Founder and CEO, have come to KWP+Partners with a shared ambition to take the business into its next phase.
Says Sam Davies, Managing Director, KWP+Partners: “I’m excited to be joining forces with Puretec. The opportunity here isn’t share of a market, it’s growing the market itself. Puretec should be the name Australians and New Zealanders think of when they think about the water in their home.”
Says Marshall: “We’re very excited to partnering with KWP+Partners. The knowledge and capability they bring will be a great addition to our team as we strive to give more Australians and New Zealanders access to great tasting water.”
