City of Perth brings Chrissy to life in new ‘Christmas Lives Here’ campaign via Wildlings
The City of Perth has unveiled its 2025 Christmas TV campaign, created by Perth agency Wildlings, which brings the festive season to life through a giant life-sized advent calendar inspired by the city skyline.
At the centre of the campaign is an intricately crafted model cityscape designed as a working advent calendar. Two siblings explore the oversized structure and open its doors one by one as they count down to Christmas. Each door reveals a moment that reflects Perth’s festive character, capturing the atmosphere, energy and excitement that fills the CBD throughout December.
Wildlings’ Cait Totten says the team was delighted to help shape the city’s Christmas story once again: “We’re thrilled to bring the City of Perth to life through such a charming and tactile idea. Building a life-sized advent calendar version of the city gave us a clear storytelling device with every door revealing a moment of magic, atmosphere or anticipation.”
Wildlings’ Nicole Lennox Gray: “This campaign offers a literal window into the experiences waiting behind every door in the City of Perth this Christmas. It captures the joy, surprise and sense of discovery that define the festive season in the city.”
