Brookfarm wishes Aussies a Good Morning in new out of home campaign via Something™
Byron Bay premium muesli makers Brookfarm has launched ‘Good Morning’, a new campaign with Something™ designed to boost awareness and consideration in the breakfast occasion.
The six-month OOH campaign spans Sydney Airport, major roadways, rail and more than 100 office towers, greeting commuters with a warm “Good Morning” and a bowl of Brookfarm’s Australian Macadamia Muesli.
To mark the launch, Brookfarm teamed up with Gelato Messina on ‘Good Morning, Honey’, Messina’s first-ever “ice-cream for breakfast” flavour using Brookfarm’s Toasted Macadamia Muesli.
Reinventing a morning staple, Messina and Brookfarm gave muesli a makeover, turning it into an any-time-of-day treat, with the launch of ‘Good Morning, Honey’, a limited-edition breakfast gelato, which launched in stores nationwide for one week only.
Says Nick Hoskin, Executive Creative Director at Something™: “We set out to increase awareness and consideration for Brookfarm by celebrating breakfast as a ritual worth savouring, not rushing. We leaned into the human side of the brand and created contextually targeted OOH designed to brighten people’s mornings with a warm ‘Good Morning’ that doubles as a product promise — an all-natural, healthy and great-tasting way to start your day.”
Says Will Brook, CEO of Brookfarm: “Whether you’re a breakfast lover, a gelato lover, or a bit of both, we’re confident people are going to fall in love with this flavour, created by two Australian gourmet food brands passionate about creating quality products. Messina has married the flavours of Brookfarm’s Toasted Macadamia Muesli and local Rainforest honey perfectly with their creamy gelato base.”
Says Donato Toce, Head creative chef and co-owner of Messina Gelato: “This is the first time Messina has ever used muesli in a flavour and what an innovation it has been. As soon as the team tasted Brookfarm’s muesli, we knew it would make a great addition to a gelato flavour.”
The breakfast ice cream celebrates Brookfarm’s 25th anniversary. Founded by Pam and Martin Brook back in 2000 after purchasing a rundown dairy farm in the Byron Bay hinterland, the Brook family transformed the property into a thriving macadamia orchard and regenerated subtropical rainforest. Recipes were lovingly created in the Brook family kitchen, a tradition that still continues, the business now led by second-generation son Will Brook.
Today, Brookfarm produces award-winning muesli, granola, porridge, premium nut mixes and wholefood bars, all baked locally at their Byron Bay bakehouse using premium, all-natural ingredients. Brookfarm products are available nationwide in selected independent retailers, including Harris Farm and IGA.
