Archetype Australia promotes Chynna Lao and Shishira Bindiganavile

Archetype Australia has promoted two key team members as the agency continues to grow its work with technology brands across consumer and B2B.

 

Chynna Lao (left) moves up to Account Director after a strong year leading earned and influencer programs for clients like Shopify, Intuit Mailchimp, Confluent and Trend Micro. Lao has built a reputation for finding media-worthy stories and for maintaining strong relationships on both the client and journalist side.

Shishira Bindiganavile (right) has been promoted to Senior Account Manager. She leads work for enterprise technology clients including Databricks, Ericsson, JFrog and Jabra, and is known for her methodical approach to translating complex B2B tech into coverage that makes sense.

The promotions come as Archetype Australia sees continued demand for its integrated communications offering, which combines earned media, content strategy, influencer partnerships and AI service offerings. The agency works with global tech companies expanding their Australian presence, and innovative Australian companies scaling globally.
