Colony Group expands into Melbourne + Sydney; Appoints industry leaders Dominic Walsh and Bob Price as Managing Partners

To lead these new offices, Colony Group has appointed two highly accomplished industry leaders as Managing Partners: Dominic Walsh and Bob Price.
With decades of combined expertise in marketing, branding, and strategic leadership, Walsh and Price bring unparalleled experience and vision to Colony Group’s expansion.
Dominic Walsh, Managing Partner for Sydney, boasts over 30 years of experience in marketing and communications across Australia, Asia, and Europe. His career began at Clemenger BBDO before moving to McCann London, where he led global initiatives for major brands including Black & Decker and Bacardi. Walsh later returned to Australia and has since spent 20 years in agency leadership as Managing Partner, Managing Director and CEO at branding agencies, including Interbrand (Omnicom) and Landor (WPP). He has worked extensively across sectors, including FMCG, telecommunications, and healthcare, partnering with iconic names such as P&G, McDonald’s, and Coca-Cola, and leading brand reinventions for The Australian Open (AO) and Telstra.
Bob Price, Managing Partner for Melbourne, is a veteran creative and strategic leader with a career spanning more than 35 years. Price has held senior roles at leading agencies such as M+C Saatchi and Clemenger, creating award-winning campaigns for global brands including BMW, Qantas, Hewlett Packard, and ANZ Bank. His international experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Leo in both Chicago and Moscow, where he led global marketing efforts for clients such as Samsung, Coca-Cola, and Disney.
On his return to Australia, Price and Walsh began a partnership that became the foundation for their leadership roles as Managing Partners – Strategic Consulting at Hero/McCann. Together, they delivered transformative solutions for leading organisations, including Coca-Cola, Fujifilm, The Langham, Sanofi, Metricon and Aveo, combining global expertise with local insight to drive measurable impact.
