18 entries from Australia make the cut at finalist stage of the 2025 ONE Asia Creative Awards

Finalists for the 2025 ONE Asia Creative Awards have been released with total of 193 entries making the cut. Part of The One Club for Creativity, ONE Asia celebrates the best creative work of the year from across APAC. Judging this year was held at The Shilla Hotel in Seoul, South Korea.

 

Australia has picked up 18 finalists led by Ogilvy Australia with six finalists (including three with Ogilvy Shanghai / Ogilvy Shenzhen), followed by Bear Meets Eagle On Fire with five finalists.

McCann Sydney + HERO Sydney and Clemenger BBDO have scored three finalists apiece followed by Droga5 ANZ with two and Akcelo with one.



India leads the way with 25 finalists, followed by China and Thailand with 24 each, Philippines with 20, Japan with 19, Australia and Hong Kong SAR China with 17 each, Singapore with 15, South Korea with 13, New Zealand with 10, Taiwan with four, Malaysia with three, and Sri Lanka with one.

The best performing agency at the finalist stage is INNOCEAN Seoul, with 13 finalists, including 10 for Hyundai Motor Company “Night Fishing” and three for World Vision “Life-saving Bathhouse”.

Motion Sickness has 10 finalists, including six for Whānau Ora “The Māori Roll Call” and four for “Make NZ the Best Place in the World to Have Herpes” on behalf of The New Zealand Herpes Foundation.

All finalists win either Gold, Silver, Bronze, Merit and Special Awards (Green Pencil and Sustainable Development Goals Pencil) honors. Award winners will be announced on November 19, 2025 and winning agencies, brands, production companies and individuals are included in the Campaign Brief Asia rankings, the ONE Asia Creative Rankings, and The One Club’s Global Creative Rankings.

ONE Asia will continue its tradition of rotating judging locations to different countries and regions in APAC as a way to connect with local talent, immerse in culture, and leave a lasting creative impact. This year’s main judging sponsor was Black Cat White Cat Music.
