Ebony Tewierik joins Melbourne Social Co as new Head of Partnerships & Growth

Independent creative agency Melbourne Social Co (MSC) has announced the appointment of Ebony Tewierik as the agency’s new Head of Partnerships & Growth.

The appointment marks an exciting new chapter for MSC as the agency continues to expand its presence in the national market and strengthen its leadership team.

Tewierik joins MSC from KeepCup, where she served as Senior Marketing Manager. With extensive experience across brand building, partnerships, and strategic growth, she brings a wealth of expertise to the agency as it continues its evolution into a globally minded, social-first creative partner for tier-one brands.

At KeepCup, Tewierik led integrated marketing campaigns and partnerships that connected creativity with purpose, driving measurable growth and deepening brand affinity. Her background spans lifestyle and consumer brands, where she has cultivated an innate understanding of what drives modern audiences to engage meaningfully with brands both online and offline.

Says Shelley Friesen, Founder and Director of Melbourne Social Co.: “We’re thrilled to welcome Ebony to the team. Her proven track record in marketing and partnerships, paired with her leadership experience, makes her the perfect fit to help take Melbourne Social Co into its next phase of growth. Ebony’s commercial insight and creative sensibility will be invaluable as we continue to scale.”

Tewierik said she is excited to join the agency at such a pivotal moment: “Melbourne Social Co has built an incredible reputation for work that’s not only beautiful but deeply strategic. I’m looking forward to helping drive the next stage of growth — forging strong partnerships, unlocking new opportunities, and continuing to elevate the agency’s impact across the industry.”

The appointment follows a period of strong momentum for MSC, which has recently welcomed new clients including Bonds, RSPCA Victoria and KeepCup, with new projects soon to launch for Rosella, Devondale, DIY Blinds and Swaggle.
