BPR expands team with two new hires

Belinda Public Relations (BPR) has added two new PR professionals Kate Rosman and Chrissie Zikos, to its growing team.

Their appointments reflect BPR’s ongoing commitment to nurture emerging talent and strengthen its capacity to deliver creative and impactful communications campaigns and results.

Drawing on their elite sporting backgrounds, Rosman and Zikos bring with them the discipline, work ethic and ability to perform under pressure, qualities they now channel into their communications careers.

Rosman joins BPR with experience in public relations, marketing, and community engagement, underpinned by a background as an elite athlete, having represented Australia as a springboard diver for seven years. Rosman’s growing expertise includes media relations, social media management, copywriting, and event coordination, with a strong focus on initiatives that create positive community impact. During her time with BPR, she has supported high-profile projects such as the annual SkyCity KickStart for Kids Against Period Poverty fundraiser.

Zikos joins the team as a communications professional with experience across the lifestyle, fashion, retail, events, sport, and not-for-profit sectors. With an emerging career in public relations, strategic marketing, and digital communications, she brings a well-rounded and creative approach to every project. Her skills include social media strategy, content creation, influencer engagement, copywriting, and event management. In her spare time Zikos plays soccer at an elite level in the Women’s National Premier League.

Both Rosman and Zikos will support a range of BPR’s clients including the Garden of Unearthly Delights, Craig Caldicott Lawyers, The Hurley Hotel Group, KickStart for Kids, Indulgence Food Design and other projects spanning lifestyle, community and events.

Their appointments come at a time of growth for the agency, following a series of new clients and continued demand for their integrated communication services, including national Australian charity, 25 STAY ALIVE, property developer, M2 Custom Homes, and luxury five-star resort, Umi Resort, which is set to open in March 2026 in Uluwatu, Bali and luxury jeweller Gerard McCabe.

BPR Director, Belinda Bocson is thrilled to have the two new employees on board her team and says it reflects BPR’s commitment to investing in emerging professionals and continuing to deliver value for clients: “We are thrilled to officially welcome Chrissie and Kate to the team. Their joint creativity, professionalism, and passion for storytelling align perfectly with BPR’s values, and we look forward to seeing them grow with the agency as we continue delivering impactful campaigns for our clients.”

Rosman and Zikos join BPR’s Director, Belinda Bocson, and PR Consultant, Claudia Ielasi.
