R/GA announces three new senior hires: Ben Martin, Abigail Kwek and Kerry Peterson

R/GA Australia has announced the appointment of three senior leaders within the creative innovation agency.

Ben Martin joins as Group Technology Director, Abigail Kwek as Group Strategy Director, and Kerry Peterson as Group Director, Production.

The appointments follow R/GA’s return to independence as a privately owned company after 23 years as part of IPG.

Martin was most recently at Deloitte Digital, leading frontend development for clients including QBR, Travel Money Oz, Orica, Bunnings and NSW DPI. He has also held senior digital roles at Tesco UK and Coles Australia.

Kwek brings extensive strategy experience across APAC, having worked with brands such as Telstra, Coles, Nissan, Mastercard, Grab and Spotify during her time at TBWA, 72andSunny and Hogarth.

Peterson joins from Merkle, where she led delivery within its digital experience practice. With expertise in production leadership, governance and complex program delivery, she has built a career spanning 15 years in production.
