3P Studio Group appoints Bradley Coomber as new Creative Director

Independent powerhouse, 3P Studio Group, has appointed award-winning motion designer and Art Director Bradley Coomber as Creative Director. The move reinforces 3P Studio’s dedication to world-class creative, further cementing its reputation for delivering standout work across TVCs, social, and OOH.
Coomber brings over 15 years of experience crafting innovative visuals for global brands and entertainment giants. His portfolio includes high-profile work for Apple, Google, Amazon, Netflix, Activision, and Woolworths, spanning AAA games, feature films, and national campaigns. Notably, he contributed to the title sequences for The Expanse and Halloween Ends, as well as leading visuals for the Brisbane 2032 Olympics showcased at Paris 2024.
“Bradley’s appointment marks a significant step in our ongoing mission to fuse high-end creative with smart, scalable production,” says Haley McDonald, CEO. “To be the best, you need to bring in the best and Bradley’s ability to elevate brand stories through exceptional visual craft perfectly aligns with our vision to deliver top-shelf content across every platform.”
“I’m thrilled to join 3P Studio and step into a creative leadership role,” says Coomber. “I am always striving to make work that has a strong creative idea at its core, something with mood, and intention. Recently, I’ve been exploring how AI can support the creative process and am keen to bring that thinking into 3P to see how we can keep pushing creative ideas in smart, useful ways.”
Coomber will drive the studio’s creative alongside Caleb De Leon, who will be moving into a Group Creative Director role.
“We’ve had a lot of introspective conversations lately, about who we are and our commercial points of difference. One that resonates deeply is that we are guided by the needs of the work, not ‘the way things are done.’” says De Leon. “I think Bradley’s drive to explore and integrate emerging technologies to push creative thinking and possibilities is a natural fit and I am deeply excited to experiment and imagine with him.”
The appointment underscores 3P Studio’s ongoing commitment to challenging expectations, pushing creative boundaries and reinforcing its reputation as a leader for bold, high-calibre storytelling across the group.
