Australia’s Cannes Lion haul so far, and who’s in the running for the final night showdown

Campaign Brief presents all of the Australian winners at Cannes Lions 2025 so far — and with one night to go, all eyes are on the final categories to be announced: the Dan Wieden Titanium Lions, Film Lions, Glass: The Lion for Change and Sustainable Development Goals Lions.

 

Vying for the ultimate Cannes Lions accolade – the Dan Wieden Titanium Lions – is FINCH + Supermassive with 36 Months and DDB Australia with Made by Dyslexia x Virgin ‘DyslexicU’.

11 Australian entries are in the running for metal in the Film Lions category including Bear Meets Eagle On Fire with six finalists including two for Telstra ‘Better on a Better Network’, two for Telstra ‘Together Is For Christmas’ and one for Telstra ‘Busselton Jetty’ and Telstra ‘Rocky Cape’. FINCH + Motion Sickness has two finalists for New Zealand Herpes Foundation ‘The Best Place In The World To Have Herpes’. Aussie agencies with one finalist in the running include Clemenger BBDO for 7-Eleven ‘Go Further’, Droga5 ANZ for Meat & Livestock Australia ‘The Comments Section’ and Saatchi & Saatchi Australia for Toyota Hilux ‘In A Pickle’.

In the Sustainable Development Goals Lions category, DDB Australia’s ‘DyslexicU’ for Made By Dyslexia x Virgin and FINCH + Motion Sickness’ ‘The Best Place in the World to Have Herpes’ for the New Zealand Herpes Foundation are both in the running.

The Glass: The Lion for Change category sees DDB Australia‘s ‘DyslexicU’ for Made By Dyslexia x Virgin up against 27 other finalists from around the globe.
