SAUCE. The Creative Agency. has announced the appointment of Ella-Maude Wilson as Creative Art Director. This strategic hire comes in response to growing client demand and reaffirming the agency’s commitment to delivering Powerful, Simple, Beautiful work.

Wilson brings a wealth of creative firepower to the team, with four years of experience shaping campaigns for leading South Australian brands, including the University of South Australia, RAA, Adelaide Fringe, Foodland and Guide Dogs SA/NT. A creative leader and mentor, she is also helping the next generation of advertising creatives as an AWARD School 2025 tutor.

Wilson’s appointment follows addition to the account service team with Ry Pahl and Hayley Riessen also joining the team recently. With these appointments, SAUCE has now grown to a 16-strong team of creative and strategic talent – to service a 23% growth of its client base since rebranding from Black Sheep Advertising in November.
