Melbourne-based client leadership creative agency Pangea joins by The Network

Independent creative network by The Network has added Melbourne-based client leadership creative agency Pangea to its global network capabilities.
Client leadership creative agency Pangea which has offices in Melbourne and Los Angeles, is the latest to join by The Network, the growing multi-national network with a shared ownership model, meaning it is owned solely by independent agencies.
Founded by Global Client Service Director, Tim Holman (above left), Pangea brings deep expertise in operations, orchestration, and senior client leadership, with a sharp focus on client experience. The agency will provide by The Network clients with leadership and a tactical framework essential in navigating complexities and driving big ideas forward with clarity, knowledge and skill.
Says Holman: “by The Network is a collective of agencies who believe that creativity works best when talent leads the way, without the bureaucracy of traditional networks. That aligns perfectly with how we operate at Pangea. Joining gives us greater access to world-class creative minds, and in return, we bring a layer of operational strength and client leadership to ensure great work doesn’t just get made—it lands with impact.”
The agency complements the dynamic creative agencies and skills already established in by The Network, and integrates its specialist expertise into the 360 degree offering to address client business challenges and needs.
Says Aussie expat John Mescall (above right), Creative Chair, by The Network: “Creativity can’t thrive on its own. Which is why the three-legged stool of creativity, strategy and business leadership is always at the heart of the most impactful work. So I’m thrilled that Pangea have joined us to help independent creativity conquer the world.”
