Wendy’s Australia appoints VML, Burson and Today the Brave as agency partners
Following the opening of its first restaurant in Australia last month, US fast-food giant Wendy’s has announced the roster of agencies it has engaged to support its expansion down under.
Wendy’s has appointed VML as lead strategic and creative agency, Burson as communications agency and Today the Brave as full-service creative agency.
Says Jade Manning, creative partner at Today the Brave: “We are incredibly excited to welcome Wendy’s on board and can’t wait to see where we can take the brand, bringing their unique personality to life within Australia. They’ve built a reputation for outstanding creative, all driven by their unmistakable tone of voice.”
The announcement comes nearly a year after The Flynn Group acquired the master franchise right for the chain.
The brand plans to grow to 200 restaurants by the end of 2034.
