Bastion Shine has announced the promotion of Oliver Green (pictured above) to the role of chief creative officer. Green takes over from CCO and creative partner Rich Maddocks (below), who after over five years with the agency, is transitioning to semi-retirement to pursue a career as a novelist.

The appointment followed an extensive multi-market search to identify the industry’s finest creative leader, with the agency ultimately selecting the ideal candidate from within its own team, a testament to Bastion Shine’s commitment to nurturing and recognising top-tier talent.
