Reconnected Bolsters Leadership with Appointment of Michaela De Santis as Head of Design and Nikita Fursman as Account Director

Reconnected has announced the appointment of two new leadership roles: Michaela De Santis (left) as head of design and Nikita Fursman (right) as account director. These hires further accelerate Reconnected’s commitment to delivering commercially impactful marketing solutions to its growing portfolio of clients.

Michaela De Santis, a design leader with a pedigree that spans brand development, product, retail, and social, will step into the role of head of design, where she will lead Reconnected’s visual product. Her extensive experience across a diverse range of industries positions her as a key asset to Reconnected’s ability to deliver cutting-edge design solutions that align with the evolving needs of its clients.

“I’m passionate about design that not only looks great but also drives tangible results for businesses,” says De Santis. “Leading the visual product at a time of huge technological disruption is the challenge. Nikita Fursman, known for her big-picture thinking and creative leadership, brings a wealth of experience from her time at Howatson+Co and Clemenger BBDO. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead impactful, strategically creative campaigns, and she will now apply her expertise to Reconnected’s projects and business growth.
