Heckler promotes head of production Amy Jarman to the role of executive producer

Award winning post house Heckler is promoting Amy Jarman to the role of executive producer.

As head of production for the past three years, Jarman has been with Heckler for eight; first joining as one of the youngest producers on the team before being promoted to senior VFX producer then taking on her most current role. In 2019, she was the winner of B&T’s 30 Under 30 producer category.

Jarman has worked on major local and international campaigns including recent standouts Qantas ‘Already Proud’, Movember ‘The Mo Is Calling’ and 7 Eleven ‘Go Further’. Instrumental in bringing home campaigns for notable clients, Jarman has worked on brands including Qantas, Telstra, Nissan, McDonalds, Village Roadshow, Unilever and P&G.

She was recently a post producer on Daniel Askill’s experimental feature film ‘Lunacy’ and is currently producing a documentary on the Sydney to Hobart yacht race.

Commenting on her new appointment, Jarman says: “After eight years at Heckler, it’s been incredible to watch our team grow into the powerhouse it is today, and I’m so proud to be stepping into the role of Executive Producer. I’m excited to build on the relationships that have shaped my career, while pushing boundaries and driving innovation in VFX.”

Heckler co-founder and executive producer Will Alexander adds: “Amy is a highly valued member of the Heckler family and her career trajectory with us has been nothing short of epic.

“Whether she’s working on big airline, big beer or big car brands, her highly evolved producing skills, grit and determination, along with her instinctive and authentic approach for leading a team is a real credit to her and a huge asset to us.

“Since joining Heckler’s VFX department in 2016, Amy has established herself as a true leader and we can’t wait to see where she takes us next!”
