The Works has announced the addition of four new members to the team, enhancing the agency’s creative, social and digital offerings.

Sarah Rosedale joins The Works as social lead after a period of freelancing. With previous experience leading the APAC social media transformation for Special, Rosedale brings a strong background in marketing, social media strategy and storytelling. Her expertise will be instrumental in driving The Works’ social media initiatives forward.

Rosie Gearside has come on board following a three-year stint at Thinkerbell. She joins in the role of digital senior designer and art director. Gearside’s passion and experience in the visual space will be invaluable as The Works continues to innovate and push the boundaries of digital design.

Gabriel Kumontoy joins from Expedia as a senior social strategist. Prior to The Works, Kumontoy worked on the McDonald’s account at DDB, where she honed her skills in social storytelling, data proficiency, and strategic crafting.

Lastly, award-winning senior art director Mel Hawkett has joined The Works. With her previous experience at M&C Saatchi and TBWA, Hawkett brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to The Works.

Says Jerome Gaslain, head of The Works: “I’m thrilled to welcome Sarah, Rosie, Gabriel, and Mel to The Works, each of them brings unique skills and perspectives that will further enhance our ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients as part of our digital transformation journey within the Capgemini offering.

“I’m excited about the passion they are bringing to the team. These strategic hires mark an exciting chapter for The Works as we continue to grow and evolve in the ever-changing landscape of digital, social, and creative services.”
