GWM ANZ appoints Thinkerbell as creative agency

Following a competitive pitch process, Thinkerbell has been appointed as agency partner for GWM Australia and New Zealand, responsible for strategy and creative across brand, retail, dealer and sponsorships.
GWM has a presence in over 170 countries as a leading producer of high quality SUV’s and Utes. GWM has also become a global leader in the New Energy Vehicle space with powertrain options including hybrid, PHEV and EV to fulfil its ongoing commitment to sustainability. Locally, GWM has continued to reach new heights and the brand remains on track for a record annual result with over 21,000 new cars sold in Australia so far this year.

Far out don’t you loser nobodies love to hate this agency. Pretty much every other “we won this client” press release has zero comments. But any time Thinkerbell does anything all the jealousy comes out in the comments.

Your book is shit but it isn’t your fault it’s your agency or the client or whatever that means you don’t ever get the opportunity to live up to your potential as a creative genius but if it weren’t for all that you’d totally be making work that’s heaps better than anything Thinkerbell ever do cos all they do is fun shit but I’m a serious creative who cares about my craft and if it were up to me I’d be changing the world but these damn clients and my boss just don’t get it but it’s okay that I’m a complete failure who doesn’t realise that my job is actually selling ideas in like a capitalist pig instead of just being allowed to sit in my Ivory High Chair and be as brilliant as daddy never told me I was but none of that matters because I can go into the Campaign Brief comments section and slag off people doing better work than I ever have despite the fact that it isn’t my fault I’m a simpering idiot who never made anything even half decent.

Interesting to go to tender again so soon after appointing The Hallway really not that long ago. The Hallway did a phenomenal job at positioning GWM in a fantastic light. All of their campaigns were top notch!! Not sure if a change of agency now is the right move… Time will tell!!
