Calling all Disruptors: TBWA\Melbourne kicks off ‘Fresh Fries’ Apprenticeship Program – applications close Thursday, November 23
TBWA\Melbourne – The Disruption Company, is on the hunt for emerging top-notch talent with the launch of its 2024 Fresh Fries apprenticeship program. The paid entry-level internship is designed to offer changemakers a foot in the door to Australia’s creative industry.
Now in its sixth year, Fresh Fries gives successful applicants an opportunity to taste test each of the agency’s four departments – business management, planning, creative and project management / production, as well as a stint at sister agency Eleven (PR). The Melbourne-based program is full-time and will run for 12 months.
With diversity and inclusion at its core, the initiative is open to all walks of life with no industry experience or prior education necessary. Successful candidates will not only have an appreciation for bold and brave creativity but will be able to recognise how to harness it to solve everyday problems.
Says Ricci Meldrum, managing director, TBWA\Melbourne: “Fresh Fries has been a hugely successful program, kickstarting the advertising careers of some fantastic talent and unearthing hidden talents who’ve made their mark at the agency and beyond. I can’t wait to meet this year’s candidates.”
Applications are open until Thursday 23rd November, 2023. If shortlisted, individuals will be invited to TBWA\Melbourne’s office to participate in a group task and interview.
