More women work in the Australian advertising industry than men. Where do I find the link for the online survey for discrimination against men?
At a leadership and management level? Or specifically in creative leadership?
There’s a fair amount of female drop off past a certain point.
Having lots of junior female suits to sit in a meeting for representation isn’t equality.
That’s because women of that age choose to start families. You know, of their own volition. Just because there’s discrepancy doesn’t mean there’s discrimination.
Starting a family isn’t grounds for employment discrimination. It’s like, a whole thing. Laws that protect anyone who wants to have a family to also earn an income to feed said family. Craft world we live in, but it’s true.
What about me?
Sorry mate, only women’s issues matter these days. And don’t even THINK about mentioning the male mental health crisis.
SHEQUAL,Aunties ,Cupcakes,it’s getting a bit crowded out there.Cute names though.
