This Way Up speaker sessions to be live streamed interstate ~ virtual tickets available now
This Way Up: Australia’s Advertising Festival of Creativity will live stream three days of speaker sessions exclusively for interstate audiences, AWARD has announced today.
Keynote and panel sessions featuring acclaimed international creatives Jeff Goodby, Kim Pick, David Kolbusz, a host of local innovators, and AWARD The Work Behind the Work will now be available in real time for Australia’s advertising community to watch online.
Says Cam Blackey, AWARD chair: “With some of the biggest names in creativity headlining This Way Up in 2023, we’re keen to make the festival accessible to absolutely everyone.
“Attendees are guaranteed a series of hugely insightful sessions and worthwhile opinions from some of the best creative thinkers here and abroad, and we’re super proud that the interstate community can now be part of the experience.”
This Way Up takes over Sydney’s Museum of Contemporary from August 15-17 with a host of interactive talks, panel sessions, workshops, awards and industry gatherings that rally Australia’s creative community around the most innovative creativity, thinking and talent.
Virtual tickets are now available to purchase via This Way Up’s website and are exclusively available to people in all states outside New South Wales.
Says Tony Hale, CEO, ACA: “This Way Up is powered by Advertising Council Australia and it’s important that both our and AWARD’s members across the country and in the APAC region can take part in the most important creative industry event of the year.
“This year’s festival schedule packs a punch, so check it out online and book your tickets. We look forward to you joining us for three exciting days of discussion, debate and immersion in the power of creativity.”
Unmissable events on this year’s festival schedule include the 44th AWARD Awards virtual Bronze Winners & Silver/Gold Showcase, AWARD School’s 40th Celebration, and The Gold Pencil Award Party – where the Gold and Special winners of the 44th AWARD Awards and AWARD School 2023’s national top student will be announced amid an end-of-festival celebration.
