Zambrero honours the burrito this National Burrito Day in new campaign via Today the Brave
The 6th of April is National Burrito Day. And unlike the hoards of inconsequential, made-up days in the calendar, the 6th of April is a truly prestigious day. As Australia’s largest Mexican QSR, Zambrero and Today the Brave have paid tribute to the hand-held marvel with the credibility and respect the burrito deserves, encouraging the rightful celebration of the Mexican wrap.
What makes the burrito even more incredible is its ability to captivate people around the globe, despite its humble exterior. It was this very insight that gave rise to “Impressive. On the inside.”, a campaign that lays the burrito bare, presenting it in all its unadorned glory. Because the burrito has nothing to hide. It’s simply a gift. A gift wrapped in edible paper, waiting to delight.
Says Samantha Parker, general manager – marketing, Zambrero: “What better way to celebrate the burrito, than to eat one. Better still, eat one at Zambrero. This disruptive campaign celebrates our hero product using a striking and simple approach. It stands out from the crowd, just like our burrito does.”
So keep an eye out for the OOH, press and digital executions as Zambrero honours the burrito this National Burrito Day.

Imagine the stuff they don’t PR
Press for zambeero? What is the target – over 65s? What a weird placement for a brand like this?
So apart from all the no name ,know nothing wannabe CCO’s,we now have ‘Nick’,the no name ,know nothing wannabe media genius.
Next time do a bit of homework before you start mouthing off about media placement and target audiences while patronising smart people under the protective shroud of anonymity.
I am glad I can provide some more depth to the discussion.
You have contributed nothing.Do your homework next time before making further ill informed comments on this brand and the category. One last thing, being a pedant you might like to check the grammar and punctuation in your smarmy comment.
You too, sir. Generally you require a space after a full stop and a comma. Thanks, you’re welcome.
I like it, but should have referenced Francis in the last paragraph. You made a good joke so bring it back for a redux.
