Since its “brand refresh” mid last year, kwpx has a renewed focus on developing a notable team structure and culture, that encourages its staff to strive for greatness within their own areas of expertise.

In the spirit of its promise to fight apathy with empathy and build deeper, more meaningful connections between businesses and their customers with considerate digital experiences and inspiring ideas, the agency has made a few changes to its executive team structure to advance it forward into 2023 with a strong team of progressive leaders.

Nat Morley will be moving into the executive director media role, taking control of the helm in kwpx’s media division to further develop its dynamic media skills across the traditional and digital landscape.

Sam Davies will be moving into a pivotal role as executive director brand and digital to continue driving kwpx’s digital first focus company wide, as well as to bed down key processes, that will make the agency more agile and responsive to the changing needs of the marketing world.

CX Strategy is another big focal point for kwpx in 2023 where, Amanda Metaxiotis (nee Lopes) will head up this department as director of CX, whilst still focusing on the agency’s digital offering as a whole.

New hire Damon Maslen will be taking control of kwpx’s finance and administration functions as commercial director, building on the agency’s exiting processes and commercial strategy.

All these changes are not just for changes sake, but rather to adapt to kwpx’s clients needs and strengthen its organization in areas that it envisages formidable future growth.
