Delivered burgers may be in hot demand, but that doesn’t mean they’ll arrive hot, and fresh. All too often, by the time a burger is delivered to your door, it’s turned into a cold, sloppy mess. That’s why Domino’s, the experts in delivery, is about to flip the burger delivery business on its head in a new campaign via It’s Friday.
Says Adam Ballesty, chief marketing officer, Domino’s ANZ: “We’re excited to be able to let the cat out of the bag, with a nice surprise today. Leveraging our delivery superpowers, we’ve created something special for Aussies and Kiwis – a delivery innovation that is set to change the burger game.”
This new era from Domino’s will be hitting Australian streets starting today, August 8.
Client: Domino’s ANZ
Agency: It’s Friday

Clicked through to their youtube channel and it’s just burger toppings on a pizza…ground-breaking

Hypey Cheeky.
Haven’t Maccas been delivering for like 5+ years now? Strange line.
Yes, Maccas have. But I think that’s the point. Their food isn’t made to be delivered. It arrives cold, soggy and in a mess. Read the press release.
Yeah – usually a bad sign for an ad if you need a press release to explain it. This is so average. Not sure why anyone would PR it.
Saw this many times over the weekend. I need this in my stomach.
Don’t believe the hype, burgers have already been on the menu for years.

Why get burgers from a pizza company that makes terrible pizza?
bro energy, and it’s really cringe
There’s a HJ’s sneaking behind their sign… Wonder if it’s related.
Also, can It’s Friday only be PR’d on Fridays from now on?
Assuming the insight was that pizza travels better than burgers (based on the fact its just a pizza), but the execution is super confusing.
Here’s a solution to problem that you never knew existed but that solution is not actually the solution but a pizza dressed up as the solution to the problem (that doesn’t exist)
Riveting.
Please forgive us for making so many poor advertising to make this world heavier on your shoulders…
Relax and eat a Burger Pizza. Amen.
Saw the tease ad. It intrigued me.
Ordered the Pizza. Delicious. Will order again.
Job done.
my friend made a prank call here asking for a burger abt a 2 weeks ago
welp I think I know where that went
This feels about as cutting edge as Ted Baker and Vans.
They can’t even make a pizza, let alone a burger.
