BlueBet celebrates the Aussie way in newly launched brand campaign via Jim Jam Ideas

Unlike Rum and Coke or a meat pie and tomato sauce, Australia and invention aren’t an iconic duo. But this didn’t sit well with Aussie online bookie BlueBet who’ve gone the extra mile to dispel the furphy in its latest brand campaign via Jim Jam Ideas.

Mullets, ice cold beer, eskies, wine casks, the Hills-Hoist, One-Dayers and of course streakers are just but a few everyday necessities Australia has invented.

That’s what BlueBet outlines in its new campaign with two feature 60’s – ‘The Aussie Way’ which is currently on-air with the second ad ‘Aussies Love To Multi’ hitting the airwaves this week.

Says Bill Richmond, CEO, BlueBet: “Australia gets the raw end of the deal when it comes to our global reputation for invention. So, we had a crack at dispelling that furphy and the evidence speaks for itself.

“We even take it further and prove Aussies are handy multi taskers as well with the ability to use a wine cask as a pillow and that we’re all proficient in AFL, NRL and racing speak.”

Fronted by actor Ben Mingay, the campaign aims to turbocharge BlueBet’s already rapid growth and will air across regional and metro FTA, subscription TV and via a nationwide radio buy.

‘Aussies Love To Multi’ focuses specifically on BlueBet’s Same Game Multi and Same Race Multi product offerings.

Says Richmond: “We are broadening our reach after a very strong period of growth by taking our first foray into metropolitan free-to-air markets highlighted by a premium Channel 7 metro news sponsorship throughout key weeks of the footy finals and Spring Racing Carnival.

“The feedback on the first phase of the campaign has been exceptionally positive.”
