Ricci Meldrum, executive partner, TBWA\Melbourne has been promoted to the managing director role with immediate effect, replacing Mike Napolitano, who is rumoured to be joining DDB, according to CB sources.
With more than 25 years in the industry, Meldrum has been instrumental in leading brands’ to success; driving business and behavior changing ideas that move the world forward. None more so than ANZ.
CB hears that previous managing director Mike Napolitano (pictured below), who has been in the role for the last five years, is heading to DDB Melbourne in the same role, filling the vacuum left after the departure of Kate Sterling in June.
