New podcast The Right-brain Warm-up aims to re-train your brain to be more creative in 30 mins
Russel Howcroft and Alex Wadelton, co-authors of the best-selling book ‘The Right-brain Workout’, have launched a new podcast and webcast series called ‘The Right-brain Warm-up’.
Hosted by Wadelton, every episode features interviews with a range of guests from a variety of creative roles, from comedians to artists to advertising writers and art directors to photographers, directors, actors and many more.
Each episode uncovers what creativity is, what inspires these creative people, and tips on how to lead a more creative and fulfilling life. They also feature every interviewee answering a question from the book ‘The Right-brain Workout’.
