Clemenger BBDO, Melbourne and Leo Burnett, Melbourne pick up Gold at Cannes Design Lions
Australia has scored three Gold Lions, one Silver Lion and five Bronze in the Cannes Design Lions, presented tonight in Cannes.
Clemenger BBDO Melbourne has scored two Gold Lions and one Bronze. Leo Burnett Melbourne has scored a Gold Lion, a Silver Lion and a Bronze Lion.
McCann Melbourne has scored two Bronze Lions and Marcel Sydney has scored one.

The Design Lions recognise visual craftsmanship, demonstrating how design defines a brand or communicates its key messages. From 2780 entries, 112 Lions were awarded: 20 Gold (three to Australia), 33 Silver (one to Australia) and 58 Bronze (five to Australia), and a first Grand Prix for Thailand went to ‘The Unusual Football Field’ by AP Thailand, Bangkok / CJ Worx, Bangkok for AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited.
Says jury president Sandra Planeta, founder and creative director, Planeta Design, Sweden: “It’s clever, smart, simple, purposeful and useful design. And the best part is that I’d love to try it myself.”
