OTTO’s Christopher Hill launches exhibition of drawings and video art, tomorrow Thurs, June 1
OTTO director Christopher Hill’s exhibition Joy Ride, opens this Thursday, June 1st at Long Division Gallery in Collingwood, Melbourne.
A collection of creations celebrating the absurd, Hill’s drawings and video art combine the hysterically surreal with the sinister taboo, on a journey aptly named Joy Ride.
Opening night drinks:
Date: Thursday, June 1, 6pm – 8pm
Where: Long Division Gallery (Schoolhouse Studios)
Address: 81 Rupert Street, Collingwood
Exhibition runs from the 1st – 22nd of June.
Joy Ride: A stolen journey of reckless pleasure filtered through an appropriated mythology of half arsed sincerity. A hazardous and costly venture.
