APAC Tambuli Awards introduces six new categories for 2016: Entry deadline 28 March
The APAC Tambuli Awards has introduced six new categories for its tenth anniversary this year. The awards attract entries from across the Asia Pacific region, including Australia and New Zealand.
The Tambuli honors brands that do good and do well – showing the seamless integration of creativity + human good + results. Case study entries, preferably on mainstream brand advertising efforts (and not just pro bono or charity ads), must demonstrate how brand campaigns uplift society, create positive change, and correlate purpose with purchase. The new categories for 2016 include:
Best of the Decade
Outstanding campaign of the decade (2005 – 2015) that best exemplifies the creative idea and execution of human good, with impressive business results.
Startup for Good
A new business venture or startup idea for good, that provides effective solutions to human problems and uplift society.
Sustainable Campaign
Brand campaigns that have consistently committed to creative and effective human good messages that have run over the past three years (2013 – 2015).
Arts, Culture & Heritage
Brand campaigns or marketing programs using any media channel that raise our appreciation and consciousness for the finer things in life – e.g. painting, sculpture, architecture, music, literature, history, and so on – to uplift lives of people and society at large.
Care for the Environment
No longer a mere option but an urgent call to care for our common home. Effective brand campaigns that heighten awareness that as stewards of the earth, we have a grave duty to cultivate, protect, and preserve the world around us.
Health & Wellness
Brand campaigns that promote overall health and wellness of individuals and communities, such as good nutrition, disease prevention, general hygiene, exercise, and so on, and their impact for the greater good of society.
Deadline for submission of entries is on March 28, 2016. Conference and Awards night will be held on May 31, 2016 in Manila. Entry forms may be downloaded here. For inquiries, email karla.pelayo@uap.asia.
