Cam and Mark- two fucking gems. Well done dudes!
Congrats lads, now don’t fuck it up.
MARK AND CAM ARE VERY GOOD. THIS IS VERY GOOD.
Man and Mark, hell yes! This is better than ideal. SO PROUD!
HOT DADS!
Yeah Sarah!!
Cam and Mark are the best. They’re always up for a succuulent burrito.
Cam has nice hair and Mark named his son Mario after some dude at TBWA.
Cam and Mark proving that if you have technically perfect hair, you will go places.
Congrats gentlefriends.
Cam looks like he ate the majority of Mark’s title and only left him with the word designer, greedy greedy Cam. Great hair tho!
I’ll be first to congratulate Pia Chaudhuri on her CD appointment, since all the blokes here are once again lining up to congratulate each other.
How do you know these people are all blokes? My guess is that Craig is, you’re probably right in assuming that Meatballz ain’t no lady, Rusty, probably a dude, but the others? Because they’re congratulating the guys? Some women celebrate their friends’ success, even if they are guys. Or you could be right. Sexist pigs.
Congrats Pia! Big loss for OGB but a solid move for you.
Onya Mark & Cam – I’d echo Craigs advice – don’t fuck it up.
And a massive congrats Pia – good luck making sure the boys don’t fuck it up.
Yeah, Done my time on the dunes with Mark. Good lad. Strong legs. Thought he would make it into the sharks, keeps his head low and doesn’t stop. Hopefully he can get his hands into the NRL in some shape or form. Shakkas for all xoxo
@3% I feel you sister! As a female working in advertising, I’ve spent my entire career watching men be congratulated by their friends on this blog. However, why aren’t these strangers congratulating me too? It’s definitely because I’m a woman and men are sexist cowards, not at all because they don’t know me #draintheswamp!
@3%,
I believe in #MeToo, from the ground all the way to the top, and old school Aussie ladvertising’s number is nearly up. Your comment, however, is a fast track to cheapening the ideology. Just because two genuinely good creatives and great people got props from their friends and peers, you think it’s appropriate to suggest they shouldn’t because #MeToo? Grow the fuck up and learn where to point the crosshairs.
If you can’t see how loud, backslapping support is a masculine behaviour in this industry while quiet and uncelebrated success is an entrenched female one, then you are part of the problem. Get some context and stop screaming, all of you.
P.S. Congrats to the four people on their hires at this excellent agency. I’ve heard good things about lots of you. Look forward to seeing where you lead the creative.
Nice one, Pia. They’re very lucky to have you
It’s true. Mark does have strong legs.
Cam would argue that @thetruth
Are we talking calf or thigh? #leggate
