303 MullenLowe Perth expands its business management team following period of growth
303 MullenLowe Perth has unveiled its new Business Management team, following several senior hires, continued client growth and ongoing business expansion.
Included in the new lineup is 303 MullenLowe’s Senior Business Director Holly Creasey (pictured above top), who recently returned to Perth after seven years working in London. During her time In the UK, Creasey plied her trade with clients such as Mazda, McDonalds, Red Bull and Homebase. Most recently, she worked with Havas London leading the Molson Coors global portfolio including Coors Light, Rekorderlig and Carling.
“It’s an exciting time to return to Australia and the growing Perth market in particular,” she said. “The team at 303 are renowned for local know-how teamed with global strength and insight and I’m looking forward to using my international experience with great Perth-based brands and beyond.”
In other senior hires, Renee Harris joined the 303 MullenLowe Perth team in November as Business Manager. Harris (pictured above seated) is working with Lotterywest, which recently appointed the agency to manage strategic planning, creative services, implementation and production services. She has spent the last three years at Wunderman Thompson Perth working on the RAC account across Insurance, Advocacy and Member Benefits.
“I’m really excited to have joined the 303 team. They have created such great a working environment and everyone has made me feel so welcome. Working with Lotterywest is also an amazing opportunity and I know we all can’t wait to make some brilliant work together”.
Joint Managing Director Todd Baker said the agency’s capability continued to grow in line with local market demand, plus the expanding requirements of existing clients.
“It’s been a tough market to retain and grow talent depth in 2021,” he explained. “But it’s testament to culture of the agency and the client list we have built in the past two years that we’ve not only been able to retain great people and promote from within, but we’ve been able to attract some amazing new talent to the agency, and our Business Management Team in particular. Both Holly and Renee are outstanding leaders in their field and the entire agency, and our clients, will benefit from their skills.”
Baker said the agency also appointed Senior Business Manager Imogen Prevost earlier this year, who returned to Perth from Ogilvy Sydney, along with Business Coordinators Rebecca Di Pardo and Sarah Holmson. He said long-time 303’er and this year’s winner of the Campaign Brief Supernova, Eloise Cribb also took the well deserved step up to Business Director on Lotterywest.
“While we’ve solidified our Business Management Team, our agency continues to grow and evolve,” he added. “So we’re still on the hunt for more people to join the business early in the new year.”
