Video editor / motion designer Stephen Deeble (right) and award winning sound designer / composer Scott Illingworth (left) have moved in side by side, to create a unique sound and visual space in Adelaide’s CBD.

Created by Stephen Deeble or “Deebs”, Visualizm is Adelaide’s genuine boutique post production facility, specialising in all things content. From motion graphics for film and TV, to advertising and engaging corporate presentations.

Deebs has a vast skillset which lets him exist in two worlds simultaneously, being full video and post production for TVCs in ‘Adland’, whilst playing an important role in the motion graphic design on Hollywood films such as Hotel Mumbai and Netflix’s Pine Gap series (Kojo).

Visualizm most recently had fun, creating motion graphics on Reef Break, a 13 part series that screened in the US to an audience of over 35 million.

Visualizm aren’t just button pushers. The company brings the kind of production nous and creative flair that only come from over 20 years of industry experience. Deebs is known for his work ethic and approachability, that makes him the perfect comrade to take on the journey from script to screen. Recent TV commercial work includes: RAA, Stratco, SA Tourism, Coopers, Krispy Kreme, Motor Accident Commission, National Pharmacies and The Defence Industry.

Across the hall is Seeingsounds. This sound studio specialises in all aspects of audio production, with a strong focus on sound design and music composition for advertising, interactive VR experiences and gaming.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Scott Illingworth leads a small team of passionate and experienced artists. From directing voice actors through to musicians, the team has a real passion for closely integrating sound design and composition to create something tailored and unique.

When there isn’t an international pandemic, the team at Seeingsounds can be found performing at some of Australia’s biggest music festivals after hours, within the bands of some of Australia’s biggest acts.

Recent clients have included the Australian Conservation Foundation, Google Australia, Torrens University, KFC, Melbourne Metro, SAPOL and Australian Dance Theatre.

Whilst Visualizm and Seeingsounds service different clients, the combination of the two businesses in the same building is what makes this space so effective. Having the options for sound and video to be done side by side is the perfect match.
