It is crucial that you come to the role with a proven track record of leading a studio / agency model business – bringing at least 10 years in a similar environment managing cross functional teams and driving a business’ strategic vision. You will have a penchant for system and processes, excellent skills in managing budgets, managing P&Ls and raising capital experience would be highly desirable. Change management, organisation design and using data to aid in decision making are all foundational for the role.

We are looking for a project manager who can support the Head of Creative Services in managing Youi’s customer and internal projects end-to-end. From scoping projects, to developing briefs and project timelines, right through to implementation. You will have experience managing communication projects, and are comfortable managing everything from a simple customer email update, to managing a full website overhaul and helping launch new products.
You’re probably currently agency-side, at SAM/AD level wanting more control of your destiny. Or maybe you’re client side in a comms role seeking a change.
