Our client based in Adelaide, Glengowrie are a cruelty-free makeup label, designed for an active lifestyle.

They are seeking a Creative Team to join them on a freelance / ad-hoc basis. Ideally you will be an existing team, however solo applicants will be considered.

Both the Art Director and Copywriter will bring experience in eCommerce and Social Media, as well as past experience working for a beauty brand. You will be able to understand tone of voice and bring brand consistency across all platforms, copy and graphics.

After collaborating to refine the “big idea”, the Art Director will then be responsible for visualising how this can be best rolled out and oversee their inhouse VA team. The copywriter will then roll out all required copy across their website and social feeds.

Our client, based in Sydney CBD are embracing the power of plants and sustainability to inspire a rich and healthier lifestyle. They are on a mission to make plant-based living inspiring, easy and accessible to people from all walks of life.

They are looking for a like-minded Art Director / Designer to join their team on a full-time basis. You will work across several of their sister-brands, with the support of their talented team of designers under your guidance. You will be experienced across UX / UI design, eDM, billboards and large scale print, marketing collateral and everything else in between.

You will be strategic and considerate in your design thought process and ideation – being able to execute their bold designs across multiple brands and platforms.

On a day to day basis you will be:

– Creating designs for web banners, social media tiles, eDMs, website visual mocks and other design-related tasks
– Brainstorming, assisting on photo shoots, styling still-life product for social and ads
– Overseeing all design projects, from ideation to delivery
– Manage and review junior designer’s work to ensure high-quality work
– Preparing mock-ups of design or material based on agreed brief and standards for new projects
– Reviewing and proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
– Adjusting final designs based on the feedback from the team or improvements as requested by the management
– Work closely with copywriters and other teams to produce a final design that adheres to brand’s guidelines
– Ensure final design material is correct and supplied to correct specifications before sending to production
– Ad-hoc design duties as required by the management

What you’ll bring:

– 7+ years of industry design experience
– Experience in UI/UX
– Experience within a digital or e-commerce environment is highly regarded
– Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
– Knowledge of MailChimp or similar
– Open to receiving constructive criticism and feedback from the team
– Video, animation, HTML/CSS, illustration or copywriting skills will be an advantage
– Highly creative mind with impeccable taste and attention to visual details
– Ability to multitask, prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines
– Ability to work together in a team and autonomously with minimal supervision
– Well-organised and a quick learner with an ability to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

You’re an Art Director at heart with a penchant for thinking outside the box, pushing boundaries, and most importantly, you take pride in bringing it all to life.

You’re a conceptual creative who understands there’s more to advertising than just TV… with expertise in communications, advertising and/or social / digital marketing, you’ll be teamed with our gun copywriter and responsible for developing and executing concepts across any and all forms of media. You’re motivated enough to get work done solo, and collaborative enough to work in a team.

Finally, you’ll need to be comfortable selling your ideas internally, packaging them up for clients, adapting them across a diverse range of channels, executing them and getting them out the door.

Key responsibilities:

– Concept development (with an ability to scamp)
– Creative execution and supervision across all channels including: Print, TV, Radio, Outdoor, Promotions/POS, Premiums, Collateral materials, Interactive mediums, Sponsorship & Experiential, Direct
– Successful delivery of creative solutions within established budgets, timeframes and on strategy
– Strong collaboration skills with fellow creatives and wider agency team members
– Develop thorough understanding of clients business and their competitive set
– Ability to articulate vision, idea and objectives to suppliers and agency project partners
– Guardianship of your brands values & guidelines
– Ability to successfully navigate and challenge a strategy

Skills & Experience required for this Position:

– 3-5 years of experience working in an agency
– Big idea generator
– Proven experience in campaign development and execution – from concept to delivery
– A track record across multiple channels; social, digital and traditional
– Skills on Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
– Great communication skills and ability to work under pressure
– Strong design and typography skills

Tourism Tasmania is seeking an experienced Content Marketer to create brand aligned content marketing initiatives for Tourism Tasmania’s consumer marketing program.

Tourism Tasmania’s role is to create demand for travel to the state through domestic and international marketing programs that lead and activate the Tasmanian brand.

The role will support the Content Team with the editorial direction of Tourism Tasmania’s brand, assist with the management and delivery of the content calendar and plan, create and curate editorial/native content, collaborating internally to ensure this content meets relevant team requirements.

You will need to have proven experience in developing and implementing content based marketing programs, advanced writing and proofreading skills, the ability to collate content packages for distribution across varied media types and demonstrate effective stakeholder management and creative problem solving skills.

The successful candidate will:

– Bring a passion for, and experience in social media design and management
– Have 5+ years in a Senior Digital Design role, working across web, social and video (ideally in agency)
– Have proven experience leading a design team, pitching to clients and ideation
