What we’re looking for:
You’re an Art Director at heart with a penchant for thinking outside the box, pushing boundaries, and most importantly, you take pride in bringing it all to life.
You’re a conceptual creative who understands there’s more to advertising than just TV… with expertise in communications, advertising and/or social / digital marketing, you’ll be teamed with our gun copywriter and responsible for developing and executing concepts across any and all forms of media. You’re motivated enough to get work done solo, and collaborative enough to work in a team.
Finally, you’ll need to be comfortable selling your ideas internally, packaging them up for clients, adapting them across a diverse range of channels, executing them and getting them out the door.
– Concept development (with an ability to scamp)
– Creative execution and supervision across all channels including: Print, TV, Radio, Outdoor, Promotions/POS, Premiums, Collateral materials, Interactive mediums, Sponsorship & Experiential, Direct
– Successful delivery of creative solutions within established budgets, timeframes and on strategy
– Strong collaboration skills with fellow creatives and wider agency team members
– Develop thorough understanding of clients business and their competitive set
– Ability to articulate vision, idea and objectives to suppliers and agency project partners
– Guardianship of your brands values & guidelines
– Ability to successfully navigate and challenge a strategy
Skills & Experience required for this Position:
– 3-5 years of experience working in an agency
– Big idea generator
– Proven experience in campaign development and execution – from concept to delivery
– A track record across multiple channels; social, digital and traditional
– Skills on Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc
– Great communication skills and ability to work under pressure
– Strong design and typography skills

CONTENT MARKETER (FULL TIME) – TOURISM TASMANIA, HOBART
Tourism Tasmania is seeking an experienced Content Marketer to create brand aligned content marketing initiatives for Tourism Tasmania’s consumer marketing program.
Tourism Tasmania’s role is to create demand for travel to the state through domestic and international marketing programs that lead and activate the Tasmanian brand.
The role will support the Content Team with the editorial direction of Tourism Tasmania’s brand, assist with the management and delivery of the content calendar and plan, create and curate editorial/native content, collaborating internally to ensure this content meets relevant team requirements.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
– Managing day to day client activity and acting as the key point of contact between the agency and client
– Working closely with the client and utilising agency resources to help execute and deliver both eDM and traditional printed/produced campaigns
– Managing priorities, deadlines and budgets as well as coordinating production teams and suppliers from the initial brief through to delivery
– Ensuring clear communication of brief, objectives and relevant day-to-day to relevant stakeholders
– Acting as a knowledgeable advisor to the client at all times and identifying opportunities to expand the agency’s scope of service in order to add value
To excel in this role, you should come with at least 3 – 5 years of account management experience –you will have an excellent understanding of production methods across eDM, design, print & production, and direct mail and ideally come with a background that incorporates project management, print management and client services.
You will thrive in a busy work environment with a self-motivated and pro-active approach. You will be excellent with keeping to budget and delivering against timelines – all while ensuring a happy production team and even happier client.
You will be a passionate and articulate communicator, who knows how to read a client and ensure they feel well taken care of and listened to. You will be organised, able to multi-task easily, be quick on your feet and quick thinking when it comes to problem-solving.

You’ll also implement an efficient traffic management system to organise workflows across your team and be accountable for timekeeping and quality control. You must also be highly proficient creating engaging rich-media content from but not limited to; art direction, video editing, motion graphics, animating, illustrating and retouching.
The successful candidate will:
– Bring a passion for, and experience in social media design and management
– Have 5+ years in a Senior Digital Design role, working across web, social and video (ideally in agency)
– Have proven experience leading a design team, pitching to clients and ideation
