The Producers director Lou Quill’s short film Afloat a finalist at 2020 Focus on Ability Film Fest

Director Lou Quill’s short film Afloat is a finalist at the 2020 Focus on Ability Film Festival. The festival received entries from 19 countries.

Afloat is the inspiring story of Australian Paralympic swimmer Ahmed Kelly – born in Iraq with double arm and leg deficiency.

It’s a film with striking visuals and explores Ahmed’s triumph as he overcomes his fear of the water to become an international athlete.
