Technology retailer Jaycar Group appoint Edge as its content and customer experience agency

Following a competitive pitch, technology retailer Jaycar Group has appointed Edge as its content and customer experience agency.

As part of its winning pitch, Edge developed a vision to deliver content experience that puts Jaycar, and sister brand RoadTech Marine, at the heart of the tech and electronics community.

Says Jarrod Carrol, Jaycar’s Marketing Director: “We’ve made a significant investment in data and CRM we now need the strategy and the delivery of that content. It’s a big opportunity and Edge will help us unlock that. We were impressed with Edge’s strategic experience developing personalised content and connecting into like-minded communities. We know that’s the future for our brands.”
