Santa goes sustainable in new Salvos Christmas campaign via Unlisted and The General Store

Unlisted animation directors, Vic & Leyla, in collaboration with The General Store, have created a thoughtful and beautifully-rendered Christmas film for Salvos Stores.

 

Utilising charming, hand-drawn cel animation, the spot asks the audience to rethink their approach to the festive season, with Santa himself turning to Salvos to buy pre-loved gifts.

Says Graham Pryor, executive producer, Unlisted: “2020 has obviously been an incredibly difficult year for everyone, and we’re so glad to join in sending this positive message.

“Focusing on reusing rather consuming feels especially pertinent, now more than ever, and I think that Vic and Leyla and the team have done a fantastic job in the visual articulation of that message.”
