Using #LikeAGirl as an insult is a hard knock against any adolescent girl. And since the rest of puberty’s really no picnic either, it’s easy to see what a huge impact it can have on a girl’s self-confidence.
Procter & Gamble and Leo Burnett Chicago have kicked off an epic battle to make sure that girls everywhere keep their confidence throughout puberty and beyond, and making a start by showing them that doing it #LikeAGirl is an awesome thing.

Dove got there first.
Unfortunately they have then undone all the good work by releasing another “viral” at the same time that features a pubescent girl being humiliated by her mother for daring to pretend to have her period.
Feels all a bit like a marketing experiment. All too staged and clinical.Trying really hard to make a point. Maybe becoming too familiar.
Thank you
