Porsche reappoints DDB Melbourne as its creative agency following a competitive pitch
Porsche Cars Australia has reappointed DDB Melbourne as its creative agency of record following a competitive pitch.
DDB Melbourne will continue to lead the creative direction to position Porsche in Australia as the premier manufacturer of exclusive sports cars.
Porsche Cars Australia director marketing and motorsport, Toni Andreevski, said DDB’s strong understanding of how emotion drives growth is fundamental to Porsche’s ongoing success in Australia.
Says Andreevski: “We are delighted to be partnering again with DDB Melbourne as we look to engage the next generation of Porsche owners and continue to push the boundaries.
“It’s a very exciting time of growth for Porsche and we need a strong, innovative creative partner to help us continue to deliver results and underscore Australia’s respect and love of Porsches. The team at DDB Melbourne, led by Kate Sterling and Anthony Moss, are a brilliant fit for our business and bring a strong understanding of the Porsche brand.”
Says Kate Sterling, managing director, DDB Melbourne: “We’re proud of the last four years of work we’ve produced on Porsche and are extremely optimistic about what the next four have in store for us as we continue to grow the brand in Australia.”

Weird that The Monkeys also pitched for this. Guess they no longer work on Holden…
@conflict, weird that you feel the need to bring up the Monkeys when they weren’t even mentioned in the press release. Trying to stir the pot when there is no pot to stir. Cheap shot.
No they don’t. I don’t think Holden even works for Holden any more.
Congrats
The pitch happened in all the regions worldwide, and guess what. In all DDB was reappointed. It was a bogus pitch! Shame on clients like this, making agencies working for free and people working late just for the sake of their procurement.
